Why I built Practice.coach
I built Practice.coach because I lived the frustration of not having good feedback during coaching training. Good mentoring is expensive, mentors are busy, and real practice comes slowly. Yet deliberate, repeated practice with immediate feedback is exactly what separates an average coach from an exceptional one.
What Practice.coach does
Practice.coach is your AI mentor, built directly on the 8 ICF Core Competencies. After every real session, LorelAI shows you the specific moments — in your own words — where the coaching was great and where to go deeper next time. You can also practice off the record with realistic AI clients, and your hours add up on their own toward your ICF credential (ACC → PCC → MCC). It's the tool I wish I'd had when I started.
